Kristian has over 15 years’ experience in the HMO and SA management marketplace with companies IdealHouseshare, founded in 2009, and idealCrashpads. He has since overseen the business grow into a local market leader within its niche.
His companies have won awards including Greater Manchester Lockdown business 2021 and featured in the national press for the work they have done over the Corona period.
Rebranding this year under the umbrella of Ideal Property Group, Kristian seeks to find high yielding investments for dedicated Landlords/serious investors to aid the growth of his management portfolios. As a prolific networker, Kristian is often found at events.
Operations Manager
Andreya made the brave decision to move to Manchester from Rio de Janeiro in 2015. Born in North Brazil, she grew up in Rio where she got her Management degree. She built a very solid corporate career in Brazil, developing process, marketing and financial skills. Now she applies her wide business management experience at Ideal, where she is simultaneously the number cruncher expert and resident interior designer.
Business Development Manager
Previously working for University of Manchester Students’ Union, Asif has experience in looking after a group of students, putting on events and activities. Alongside this, he has also worked as a business development executive for a start up. Now he applies his skills towards bringing on serviced accommodation and HMOs.

Born & raised in Manchester, Ryan began kick started his career for a corporate city centre company in sales. Applying his sales knowledge & following many successful years with Ideal, Ryan quickly progressed from the apprentice to our top lettings agent. He has a hands on approach to property management and has quickly become a favourite amongst the tenants.

Mia handles the whole process of the tenancy agreements within the HMO sector. Being within the customers demographic, Mia can ensure that the tenants have full satisfaction of their experience, Ultimately making sure there are no voids and the landlords stay happy. Alongside this, she is completing her Property and Lettings Management course for her apprenticeship.
Admin & Finances
Hayley is originally from Leeds and moved to Manchester to complete her degree in Hospitality and Business Management. She remained in Manchester, following her degree and carved out a career in Financial and Mortgage Advice for a corporate bank. Moving over to Ideal, Hayley now has the perfect work life balance.
Marketing assistant
Growing up in a small village in Wales, Coral decided to branch further out to the big city of Manchester. Completing her degree in Marketing Management, Coral decided to join Ideal as the content creator/marketing assistant. Her roles include developing innovative ideas for multichannel marketing campaigns.
